qqaa Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and qqaa ("qqaa", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the qqaa platform available at qqaa.io, including all associated games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and support functions (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of qqaa, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a prior account that was suspended, restricted or terminated by qqaa for any breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

qqaa reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period notified by qqaa may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent account closure.

Each eligible Player may hold one (1) account only on the qqaa Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts and the permanent closure of all such accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number and, where required, a valid form of government-issued photographic identification. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qqaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qqaa immediately by contacting our support team at the email address listed on this site. qqaa may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a reported unauthorised access event.

All transactions on the qqaa Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). qqaa does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which qqaa accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a hold being placed on your withdrawal request pending resolution.

• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity only; they may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without genuine gameplay.
• qqaa reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where deposit activity is determined to be inconsistent with genuine gaming intent.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the qqaa account holder.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Players must complete the wagering requirement using their own funds where bonus funds are exhausted before the requirement is met.

• Using software, scripts, bots, automated systems or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or any other form of game manipulation.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform software, including but not limited to taking advantage of incorrectly displayed odds or game malfunctions.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or processing deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any element of the Platform software or infrastructure.

qqaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the Platform.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in respect of a deposit made to the account.
• Court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requiring qqaa to freeze or close the account.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification. qqaa is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqaa, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

qqaa's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their qqaa account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qqaa does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. qqaa will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service failures or events outside qqaa's reasonable control.

qqaa reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, qqaa will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
